For the sake of helping us use this forum to craft a structured list of concerns and suggestions, some usage protocols may be helpful. I have taken Jack's original list of concerns and created a page under the "Assignment" heading in the directory on the left of the page. Comments or additions to any one of these areas may be best added there. Just open the page, click the "EasyEdit" button at the top ( it has the pencil image next to it), then you can type your ideas or additions right into the body of the document. Initial or leave your name after your changes for any follow up.

One can also start a dicussion thread at the bottom of each issue page related only to that issue.

As important new ideas spin out of the discussion we can add them as their own page.
